The Horse Education Paddock to Performance Tour is organised by Webb Consulting, in association with Steele Horsemanship and Your Horsemanship.

We regret that no refunds can be issued.

The Organiser reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the Event. In such cases, attendees may receive a full or partial refund or be offered an alternative date.

The Organiser is not responsible for any travel, accommodation, or other costs incurred due to cancellation.

The Organiser shall not be held liable for delays or cancellations due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to acts of God, extreme weather, or government restrictions.

The Organiser reserves the right to change the schedule and performers.

Attendees must arrive on time and follow all safety instructions and rules provided by the Organiser and venue staff.

Disorderly, disruptive, or unsafe behavior towards humans and horses will result in removal from the Event without refund.

Under 16s must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

Participation and attendance are at your own risk.

The Organiser, venue, and associated staff accept no liability for injury, loss, or damage to persons, animals, or property except where caused by proven negligence.

Attendees are not allowed to film the event or demonstrations.

By attending the Event, you consent to being photographed or filmed for promotional, marketing, or archival purposes. If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform the Organizer in writing before the Event.

Personal data provided during the booking process will be handled in accordance with the Organiser’s Privacy Policy and relevant data protection laws.

Your information will not be shared with third parties without your consent, except where legally required.
