Disorderly, disruptive, or unsafe behavior towards humans and horses will result in removal from the Event without refund.

Under 16s must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

Participation and attendance are at your own risk.

The Organiser, venue, and associated staff accept no liability for injury, loss, or damage to persons, animals, or property except where caused by proven negligence.

Attendees are not allowed to film the event or demonstrations.

By attending the Event, you consent to being photographed or filmed for promotional, marketing, or archival purposes. If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform the Organizer in writing before the Event.
