Whatever your aspirations and experience, our Course Days are designed to give confidence to the most nervous of horse or rider, whilst providing challenges to those wanting a break in their usual routine.
This Trust & Respect Groundwork Course Day includes:
Individual learning in a group environment
Foundation Groundwork from Your Horsemanship program
Maintaining Personal Space
Leading and Lunging
Ground Hack and Negotiating Obstacles
Starting longlining/ longreining
Tea and coffee included (bring your own lunch/snacks)
Paddock (£10/night or day) or Stable (£30/night, £10/day) are available if required
Booking: Book by purchasing a ticket to this event. Payment is secure and it goes directly to Your Horsemanship Ltd.
Entry Fee: £115 (this event is limited to 6 attendees) Your Horsemanship Members receive a 10% discount by using their discount code at checkout.
You will be asked for your full details, any medical requirements and stabling/ paddock requirements 4 weeks in advance of the Course Day, when you will also receive a detailed itinerary.
By booking on this event, you are agreeing to the following Terms and Conditions (please read carefully!);
Refunds
The entry fee is only refundable with a veterinary/ doctors certificate 48 hours in advance of the event. In the event of cancellation, the organisers reserve the right to keep 20% of the entry fee to cover administration costs.
Horse Health
Please be aware that despite rigorous quarantine and hygiene systems in place at Your Horsemanship, there remains a small risk of your horse contracting an illness. If your horse shows symptoms of ill health or unsoundness on arrival, Your Horsemanship will not receive it on the yard. Please note we will only accept horses on the yard that have a passport showing up to date vaccinations, and that have been on a strict worming program.

Your Horsemanship Limited accepts no liability whatsoever for any accidents befalling horses or humans that may occur on our premises. Handling and riding horses can be a dangerous activity and we strongly recommend that you have your own adequate insurance cover.
I have read the Horse Rider’s Agreement below and I understand that riding and handling horses at any standard has inherent risk of injury. I accept that risk and agree that Your Horsemanship Limited, or any of its staff members, will not be liable for injury or damage to property.
Horse Riders Agreement
I understand that riding or handling of horses at any standard has inherent risk and that all horses may react unpredictably on occasions.
I may fall off and could be injured. I accept that risk.
I understand that instructions are given for my safety and agree to follow the instructions given to me.
I understand that wearing an appropriate riding hat and body protector may reduce the severity of an injury should an accident happen and agree that I will always wear a riding hat whilst riding.
I understand that it is my choice whether or not I wear a body protector.
I understand that Your Horsemanship Limited will make decisions based on information I give them and agree to always be honest and volunteer information about my abilities and riding experience, any previous riding accidents and medical conditions which may affect my ability to ride and handle a horse.
Where signing on behalf of a minor, I have explained the Riders’ Agreement to my child, and I accept the risk on their behalf and agree that Your Horsemanship Limited will not be liable for injury or damage to property.
Data Protection Act 2018: I understand that the information I have provided will be held in accordance with the Data Protection Act 2018 but may also be made available to insurers and other necessary parties in the event of an injury or accident.
